At work I usually do the Up-do thing-rubber bands and clips that pull and eventually fall out. My sister gave me one of these for my birthday (thinking it would only go in the drawer with all of my other failed hair clips), but I decided to give it a try and WOW!! I have pretty thin curly hair and this keeps it in place without the tugging!! I wear it now everyday, and couldn't see using any other product! Although a little costly, I am going to wear this one till the wheels fall off...then purchase a new one! This is a must have for those that can't find that "right" hair accessory.
