FAQ #1: What size flexi-8 do I have, because it fits perfect and I want to buy more!
Answer: The easiest way to tell the size of your flexi8 is by the tiny marking on the tip of the sliding pin. There is a letter of either blank, XS, S, M, L, XL denoting Mini, Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large. On early clips with no size marking, you can measure the sliding pin's length.
FAQ #2: What size Flexi-8 should I get?
Answer: Review the comments below. Try not to over estimate the amount of hair being cliped, and take into consideration the hair style you desire.
FAQ #3: How can I easily measure the diameter of my ponytail for the chart below?

MINI: Pin measures 2 inches (5cm). Our smallest clip, which we recommend when you want to use it as a side clip, pull back a small amount of hair for a Half-up or use in Baby Fine Hair.
EXTRA SMALL: Pin measures 2-3/4 inches (7cm). The extra small was developed for fine hair. Think in terms of a ponytail the diameter of a Nickel.
SMALL: Pin measures 3-1/4 inches (8.25cm). If you have thin, fine hair (even if it is wavy, curly or straight) we recommend the small Flexi 8. Best for Half-up Pony Tail, full Pony Tail or Tails-Up! for fine hair. The diameter of your ponytail needs to be the size of a Quarter.
MEDIUM: Pin measures 3-3/4 inches (9.5cm). If your hair is thick, the medium size would be great for you. Most women underestimate the amount of hair they can use with the Medium. The diameter of your pony needs to be the size of a Fifty-Cent piece.
LARGE: Pin measures 4-1/4 inches (10.8cm). If you have very thick hair we recommend the large. Best for French Twist, Tails-Up! and full Pony Tail for thick hair. Your ponytail must be the diameter of a Silver Dollar (the Eisenhower silver dollar) what we call seriously thick hair.
EXTRA LARGE: Pin measures 5-1/4 inches (13.3cm). Only get the extra large if you have dread locks, use a bungee cord to do your Pony-tails or you do a classic bun and you normally use a medium size for your Tails-Up or Pony-tail. (There are no coins big enough to describe the ponytail size necessary for the Extra Large)
